Mind is the non-physical power that runs the show of man’s life.
Thoughts are energy and those we harbor in our mind, impact our
behaviour and attitude, shaping our consciousness and life.
We live as our thoughts and feel
disempowered by the feelings invading our unsuspecting mind. Instead of
feeling hurt, we act out our hurt. Rather than acknowledging our pain,
we inflict it on others. Neither anger, hate nor blame will lead to the
harmony that we all want - it will only add to our woes.
Our mind has way too much stored
information and associations from our past experiences that to ignore
their discomfort and be compassionate seems easier to talk about than to
practice. A desire to change needs to be supported. Thoughts and mind
need a disciplined steering.
Since primitive lives, man’s brain is
conditioned to run on a program that continues to keep our focus
unwillingly on the downside of things than on the positive.
It is possible to override this program and reclaim our empowered state.
Human life is priceless and is meant to
be joyful. Our power lies in a conscious elimination of thoughts that
trigger off undesirable feelings and emotions and bring the reign of our
experiences in our hands.
